Chisto Easy Groove Virgin Concentrate

Concentrate solution to obtain 3,8L of LP cleaning fluid suitable for your cleaning system/machine. Suitable for new discs.

Cleans all types of records from LP to ancient, but lovely 78 RPM shellacs. Quick and convenient way to keep your records at its best and prolong lifespan of your cartridge. This is a specific product to treat brand new records as they have MRA (mould release agent) that makes sound muddy.

Application: Mix 100 ml of Easy Groove Virgin Concentrate with 1 gallon of distilled water. Wait for 15 minutes to dissolve properly. Use it in accordance with your vaccum record cleaner manual, or Knosti machine. You can also use supplied sprayer for manual applications with a brushes kit or so.

Difference in normal Easy Groove and Virgin lays in approach and functionality.

Virgin is for brand new or mint+ records. What one have to do with brand new record is to gently remove MRA (Mould Release Agent), a silicon like grease that helps to let the record easily go out of press (not stuck) . So new records are "dirty" from the factory. Sound is a little muddy.. Also usually audiophiles make a reference record to tape/cassette recorder as soon as the record will be in "virgin" state only ONCE ) . Like any virgin )))

Antistatic agents also not so favorable for purists as soon it works as a layer on surface of the record that conduct current.
Easy Groove Virgin is extremely gentle and have no antistatic agent inside. The purpose is to make a perfect record surface for a recording. The concept is really unique and as far as I know - no similar products on a market. So Virgin is for purists or normal people who bought a new record.
