The DT-880 EDITION is the "home" version of the Beyerdynamic DT-880 PRO, now available at your choice in three different impedances: 32, 250 and 600 Ohms. Please select the choosen impedance second to the amplification to be used with the headphone. In particular, the 32 Ohms version optimally matches with portable devices (iPod, mp3 players, cellular phones with mini-jack output); the 250 Ohms version can obtain excellent quality together with the majority of the dedicated amplifiers, while the 600 Ohms version is suggested to be matched with amplifiers specifically designed to play with high/very high impedance headphones.

If anything of the legendary DT 880 could have been improved, it has been realised with this version. This top headphone combines the strengths of open and closed headphones. The complete sound spectrum is reproduced in detail from the deepest sub bass to the highest highs. This semi-open, dynamic headphone is also manufactured in Germany.
