FiiO Q15 Portable DAC and Headphone Amplifier

The Q15 features a new desktop mode that comes with a separate Type-C power port. When connected to the power adapter, the Q15 will be powered externally, bypassing the battery.

Amazing 1600mW Power
In desktop mode, the FiiO Q15 with balanced output can output 1600mW in the upgraded over-ear headphone mode, which is more than enough to drive various IEMs and full-size headphones.

USB / Bluetooth / Coaxial Decoding
The FiiO Q15 combines USB DAC, Bluetooth, coaxial decoding and other modes in one device, making it easier to connect different devices for different usage scenarios.
- USB: Connect to computers/phones/tablets/game consoles and other devices, supports up to 768kHz/32bit PCM and DSD512
- Bluetooth: Connect to phones/tablets/digital audio players and other devices, supports high-resolution Bluetooth codecs including LDAC/aptX Adaptive
- Coaxial: Connect to CD/digital streamer/digital audio players and other devices, supports up to 192kHz/24bit PCM and DSD64

AKM Flagship DAC Combo - AK4191EQ+AK4499EX
The FiiO Q15 features AKM's latest DAC combo - the AK4191EQ+AK4499EX. Combined with the newly developed "DWA Routing Technology", the audio performance is significantly improved. The result is a detailed, natural and realistic sound.

Stable and efficient operation
The Q15 is equipped with digital components at the same level as the FiiO Q7 and uses the ARM processor to realize USB/coaxial/Bluetooth decoding in one device that can process digital audio signals with low latency and high efficiency.

Full-color IPS display
The full-color IPS display makes it easy for you to see the current device status, such as the current sample rate, volume, gain, and other information. An intuitive volume control helps you control the volume and navigate through the settings easily.

Phone Mode Switch - One-touch operation
FiiO engineers have implemented a "Phone Mode" switch to make the Q15 more suitable for use with phones. When you enable Phone Mode*, the Q15 is powered by the built-in battery and does not consume the phone's battery.

*If you need to connect to a computer, turn Phone Mode off.

RCA Coaxial Port
Thanks to the carefully designed internals, the FiiO Q15 also features a coaxial input. This allows the Q15 to be connected directly to digital streamers and CD players using regular coaxial cables.

Perfect size
The Q15 uses AG glass for its back for the first time, which is scratch-resistant, prevents fingerprints and is comfortable to the touch. The 18:9 size ratio makes the device comfortable to use both in your hand and in combination with other portable devices. Precisely Designed Internals Advanced Audio Circuit
- 5-Stage Audio Circuit - 5-Stage Gain: A carefully designed complete audio circuit with DAC-IV LPF Gain headphone amplifier stages ensures that the Q15 has a wide dynamic range and delivers excellent sound fidelity. The variable gain and variable voltage design maximizes the performance of the audio circuit. There are separate low-voltage low gain and high-voltage high gain modes, each suitable for IEMs and full-size headphones.
- 15-way digital-analog power supply: Inside the Q15 is a 15-way digital-analog power supply with power systems for the digital part, the analog part, the headphone amplifiers, etc. 21 low-noise LDOs ensure precise regulation, and 35 low-resistance tantalum capacitors ensure ample energy reserves.
- High precision and low noise - An expert in audio reproduction: FiiO engineers specifically selected 60 1‰ precision resistors with low temperature drift and 28 NPO capacitors with a wide temperature range for the Q15, so that the Q15 can reproduce high-quality audio signals with the highest fidelity even in the most demanding conditions.

Global PEQ
The FiiO Q15 has 7 EQ presets and 3 customizable PEQ* presets. PEQ can be used in both Bluetooth mode* and USB DAC mode*. FiiO's self-developed PEQ algorithm and user interface allow you to select the exact frequencies to adjust along with their gain and bandwidth - allowing you to fine-tune the sound exactly as you like.
*Adjustable PEQ and PEQ under coaxial input will be supported by subsequent firmware upgrades.
*PEQ in Bluetooth mode supports LDAC and other formats with support for 96kHz/24bit PCM.
*USB DAC PEQ supports 192kHz/24bit PCM.
*USB DAC EQ is controlled by the XMOS chip. When you turn the EQ on and off in this mode, the USB connection will be temporarily interrupted and automatically reconnected. Tap "Play" to restore the output.

Comprehensive Protection
FiiO engineers have implemented a variety of hardware and software-driven protection mechanisms to let you enjoy great sound without worry. Maximum volume limit to prevent hearing damage; Long-life high-temperature resistant battery + dynamic temperature-dependent charge and discharge control + charging protection + battery isolation, all of which together extend the battery life; Overheat, overvoltage and DC protection mechanism enables the Q15 to provide stable output power by ensuring the audio circuit works properly and ensuring the safety of the connected headphones.
