Fiio announced its latest update to the ex top-of-the-range Bluetooth DAC/AMP with the Fiio BTR3k. The BTR3k comes as an update for the previous model the BTR3. The BTR3k features an upgraded DAC, CSR8675 Bluetooth chip, Dual independent crystal oscillators and much more.

High-performance Dual DAC Setup

The Fiio BTR3k is equipped with a dual DAC setup having two high-performance DAC’s from the brand AKM, AK4377A. it features a cleaner and better decoding of the audio signal as compared to the BTR3.

Dual independent Crystal Oscillators

The Fiio BTR3k features two independent crystal oscillators just like the flagship model from the brand. The two dual oscillators are clocked at 22.5792MHz/24.576MHz. These ensure good quality of audio output after decoding, providing the users with a crystal clear sound output with crisp details and a noise and jitter-free experience.

Qualcomm Bluetooth Chip

Fiio BTR3k is equipped with a flagship-level Bluetooth chip from Qualcomm, the CSR8675. It features Bluetooth 5.0 and support for various types of Hi-res Bluetooth codecs, such as LDAC, aptX HD, aptX LL, aptX, SBC, AAC and many more. The chip ensures you get a strong and stable Bluetooth connection.

Dual Output Ports

The Fiio BTR3k features dual output ports, one 3.5mm single-ended port, and one 2.5mm Balanced port. The single-ended 3.5mm port is capable of delivering a power of 25mW while the 2.5mm balanced port outputs a whooping 78mW of power.

USB DAC Functionality

The Fiio BTR3k features a USB Type-C port which can be used for using the device as a USB DAC.
