Description

The PHONE AMP G100-W can be considered one of the precursors of the HiFi / HiEnd devices from Lake People and Violectric. The G100 was the first device from Lake People, which was widely used by professionals as well as private users. Professionals praised the sheer indestructibility of the case, while private users praised its high sound quality, which was not thought possible.

The PHONE-AMP G100-W contains everything that is still important to us today:

Transistorized amplifier for highest transmission quality
Full running Alps RK 27 Poti for volume control
Oversized power supply with toroidal transformer

Here too, our technical guidelines were defined for the first time, which are unique in combination: Lowest noise due to low internal gain. As a result, a self-noise is usually not audible. Highest output voltage due to 60 Volt internal operating voltage.

Over 90% of all headphone amplifiers in the market have a maximum of half! This makes it ideal for high-impedance headphones. Powerful output power through powerful power amplifiers that can deliver significantly more power than a headphone needs. Ideal for low-impedance headphones - also magnetostats! Highest attenuation factor due to lowest output impedance. This gives you the best control over critical headphones and the assurance of a linear transmission.

Following our motto “tools - not toys”, we achieved highest reputation during the past years amongst our customers. These are private studios, broadcasters and TV companies. Also airports, congress and exhibition centres count on the reliability of our products made in Germany. This all began under the roof of Rosgartenstrasse 13 in the city of Konstanz. Here, three young guys started with the development and manufacture of limiters and noise gates but not too successfully in the beginning. The commercial survival on a very low level was made possible by the production of headphone amplifiers. From 1989 on, the production range was extended to level matching and balancing amplifiers such successfully, that it came essential to move to larger premises.

Since 1991, the new address read: Haidelmoosweg 52. Due to the developement of the first german 20-bit A/D and D/A converters in the beginning nineties, the name Lake People resounded throughout the land. Suddenly, the company was regarded as a high-tech brand, with a highly positive effect on its public reputation. The growing know-how led to many new products in the analog and digital domain during the following years. Although some projects turned out to be flops, most devices met the customers' requirements, with the effect of continuous growth of the company. By the end of the nineties the 140 m² of Haidelmoosweg 52 went cramping.
Again, a move to new premises came necessary. As it was obvious that rental facilities would not meet the demands, we decided to put up our own building. The company site was constructed in 2000 in a new industrial park in Konstanz, Turmstrasse 7a, just a hundred metres from the lake. Also in 2000, Lake People was transformed into a Ltd. company.

The Violectric trademark and product line is specially intended to supply the Hi-Fi and High-End market with its specific requirements.

Ampli lake People G111

Primo acquisto su Playstereo. Arrivato in 24 ore. Imballo perfetto. Ottimo ampli per cuffie. Qualità acustica enormemente superiore rispetto all'ingresso cuffie del mio preamplificatore Marantz 3250.
Molto consigliato, visto anche il costo ragionevole. Inoltre il prezzo praticato da Playstereo è il più basso.

La giusta decisione.

In possesso di due cuffie, Sennheiser 660s,Fidelio X2, che usavo collegate all'uscita cuffia del mio amplificatore Marantz PM 6006 ero indeciso se acquistare un amplificatore dedicato anche perché abbastanza soddisfatto di quello che sentivo, poi leggendo in rete e chiedendo consiglio anche ai gentilissimi venditori di Playstereo mi sono deciso al grande passo...Scelta GIUSTISSIMA, i miei CD hanno iniziato a farmi sentire dettagli che non avevo mai sentito, suono più chiaro, dinamico, brillante e piacevolissimo in ogni genere musicale e io a parte il liscio e il rap ascolto tutto ,certo molto dipende dalla registrazione, questo è un amplificatore nato per il settore professionale e non aggiunge ne toglie niente a ciò che è stato registrato ,silenziosissimo, viene voglia di alzare il volume !!! Acquistato principalmente per pilotare le 660S ho scoperto che anche le Fidelio X2 ne traggono beneficio risultando più definite.
Ascolto con l'impostazione di default e con la 660S arrivo con il volume a poco più delle ore 12 mentre la Fidelio si ferma un pò prima ,restituendo un volume super coinvolgente...
Scusate la mie recensione poco tecnica e molto emotiva ma sono molto soddisfatto.
Un ringraziamento per la professionalità e la disponibilità a Playstereo, contattati tre volte in meno di mezzora hanno prontamente risposto ai miei quesiti.

lake people per Beyerdynamic Amiron

Ero molto indeciso nell'acquisto di un ampli cuffie da collegare ad un integrato MARANTZ PM6006. Decisiva è stata la consulenza rapidissima (entro 20 minuti dalla richiesta on line) di Playstereo che mi ha infine convinto all'acquisto.
Sono soddisfattissimo sia dell' abbinamento riuscito, ma soprattutto della competenza e cortesia di questo shop on line che fa veramente la differenza nel campo degli acquisti hifi on line. Complimenti!!!!

semplicemente favoloso

Ho acquistato il lake people per pilotare le mie Sennheiser hd600 e non potevo trovare abbinamento migliore: ampli estremamente analitico nel suono ma al tempo stesso in grado di enfatizzare la spazialità e il corpo delle mie cuffie, il tutto nella massima neutralità timbrica. Non immagino come potrebbe migliorare il tutto sfruttando gli ingressi bilanciati con un buon cavo di segnale (dovrò provvedere al più presto).

Grazie a Playstereo per la grande professionalità e rapidità nei tempi di consegna.

Buongiorno, ho le cuffie Hifiman HE-400i e cerco un amplificatore per pilotarle e vedendo che consigliate questo amplificatore con le Sundara ero interessato all\'acquisto.Mi chiedevo peró: quali sono le differenze tra questo, il G103 e il G109?

  Ottimo abbinamento anche grazie alle ottime capacità timbriche e di pilotaggio del G100 che si posiziona a metà strada tra il G103 e il G109 quanto a potenza di uscita. Però il G100 è costruito alla vecchia maniera, tutto con componenti tradizionali ( no SMD) e con 4 transistor per canale ( tecnologia V100). Il G100 è il circuito su cui si è basata la fortuna di Lake People, un amplificatore spartano e robustissimo, estremamente ben suonante e vicino alla musica. Tutti e tre i modelli presentano una impostazione timbrica simile.

Buongiorno, ho acquistato l\'amplificatore in oggetto e ne confermo la bontà.Avendo la possibilità il mio lettore portatile di impostare il voltaggio del line out a 0,7 V, 1 V, 1,25 V o 2 V, quale sarebbe il voltaggio più corretto da utilizzare?Un grazie anticipato

  Buongiorno, il voltaggio standard di una uscita di linea è 2V, per questo lo imposterei così. Se poi dovesse per caso notare un volume troppo elevato all\'inizio della rotazione della manopola, e/o un accenno di saturazione del segnale, allora può anche provare ad abbassarlo. Ricordo anche che accedendo all\'interno del G100-W si possono modificare le impostazioni di pre-gain, per accordarsi ancora meglio con le cuffie impiegate. In generale, per la resa migliore dell\'amplificatore, bisogna comunque far sì che durante il normale ascolto ad un volume medio secondo le proprie preferenze, la manopola del volume del G100 sia posizionata attorno a ore 12.

  Buongiorno, configurando l’uscita cuffia del lettore come uscita di linea (Line-Out) può collegarlo tramite un normale cavo minijack 3.5mm/2 x RCA al Lake People G100-W. In questo caso il collegamento è perfetto e fornirà eccellenti risultati.

Il.g 100 rispetto al g103 differisce per le entrate, oltre questa differenza? E uguale il risultato musicale? E uguale come componenti interni?

  il G103 è una versione leggermente semplificata e con una potenza leggermente inferiore rispetto al G100. Il G103 possiede la qualità e l’impostazione timbrica Lake People ma il G100 è superiore e contiene esattamente il circuito di amplificazione per cuffie, senza SMD, che ha fatto la storia e la fortuna di Lake People, con 4 transistor per canale ( tecnologia V100).

  Certo, può essere impostato su 5 livelli -12, -6, 0, +6, +12. A pagina 12 del manuale ci sono i dettagli su come spostare i jumper. Ricordiamo di distaccare il cordone di alimentazione dalla rete prima di intervenire. Link manuale utente https://www.cma.audio/media...
